Education :- B.E / B.B.A / B.Com + M.B.A / PGDM or Master is not compulsory

Job Location:- Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Experience:- 1 to 3 Years

Salary:- 2.00LPA to 2.40LPA CTC or Depends on Current Salary

Job Profile:-

• Manage manpower planning and budgeting process and its control through manpower requisition etc
• To understand the various positions in the organization and Mapping Job description & Job analysis basis on company requirement.
• Identifying Manpower requirements from all department’s heads and to ensure manpower planning exercise is in line with the business plan and Ensure MRF is approved for each position.
• Sourcing CV’s from Different sources, Screening of candidates and Conduct the interview process including using the assessment methodologies viz - a - viz the Skills / competencies well and also Use Interview process like using panel / assessment sheet / Predictive Test.
• Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle like organizing preliminary interviews, conducting tests, short listing the candidates.
• Conducting Primary interview for various Junior & senior Profiles
• Initializing salary negotiations and issuing offer letters for sourcing the best talent.
• Ensuring the completion of joining formalities & Other documentation work.
• Scheduling Induction for new Joiners.
• Handling the Employee Grievance
• Employee Engagement Activity
