Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who has hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes and a strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Accounts Payable activities including vendor payouts, invoice verification, and payment processing.
2. Strong working knowledge of GST & TDS including input eligibility, applicability (with relevant sections), provisions, advance tax, TCS etc.
3. Coordinate with clients / vendors to resolve invoice-related queries and discrepancies.
4. Prepare, maintain, and reconcile accounts-related documentation and reports.
5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely closure of monthly financial activities.

Required Skills:
✅Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formats etc.)
✅Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Provisions, TCS, Advance
✅Good communication and coordination skills
✅Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Qualifications:
➡️ B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
➡️ 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts preferred.
