- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Coordinate the on-boarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee & workers inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits enrolment.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Support HR audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.
