Hello all,
My name is Boris, I'm 26 years old and I’m a social entrepreneur in France.
I first started to work as apprentice during two years in a consultant agency specialized in Ethical Leadership. In this period I had the chance to work on systemic issues and I discovered many solutions that could be created to solve them. I also learnt many things about myself.
After that, I worked more than one year for a French national program called Jeun’ESS, the largest one working on promoting social and solidarity economy (SSE) in France. This program is a partnership between 6 foundations, two ministries and the Caisse des Dépôts group. The principal purpose of the program is to make young people (16 to 30) aware of the SSE, to call them into action and to help them find job in the SSE area. Working in a small team enabled me to enlarge my responsibilities such as leading national experimentation or developing communication. I also created a webzine called Say Yess, or an explicative video about SSE.
At the same time, I started to develop the « Social Media Squad » a interdisciplinary team of journalist, students, influencers, dedicated to cover social innovation events with digital technologies. Our objective is to become the earphone of social innovation and to build a social enterprise on it. We have already covered three international events and each time, we reach millions of people via social networks.
Since January 2014, I start to create a transformation-travel, inspired from the Jagriti Yatra in India, which aim is to transform dreamers into change entrepreneurs. In order to do that, in 2014, we will organize a trip around France with 50 selectioned young people, 30 pioneers who have already found global solution and change the economy, 6 cities with many events organized, a complete leadership and transformational program worked with three coaches, and a dedicated and personalized train for the event !
With this tour, we would like to fight against the ambient morosity, to show that many solutions exist and to mobilize the media to spread it.
After that, on October, I will do a 18 month world tour in order to spread social innovation (SSE, social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, etc) around the world. In consequence, all the contacts that are interested to spread social innovation and to replicate big impact actions are welcome.
