I head ASCo, India’s only fully focused Transaction Advisory & Auditing firm in sustainability and impact investing. I started ASCo in Dec 2008 after working across various countries Globally such as US, UK, China, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, India, UAE etc  for mainstream clients including ArcelorMittal; Leo Burnett; Tata Sons; Taj Hotels; Cable & Wireless; SeaBird Exploration Norway; Reliance Industries, The Pierre New York, ICICI Bank, Wipro, Leo Burnett etc

 

ASCo’s mission is to contribute to increased transparency & accountability in Impact Investing & Social Enterprise space. We are head Quartered in India but with significant global experience focused on sustainable ventures.

 

In the past 5 years of our formation, due to our focused approach , we've emerged as leading Due Diligence provider for impact funds . Catering to 15 PE/VC impact funds presently.  Apart from this we have assisted more than 110 Social Enterprises.

As a commitment to this sector, we would like to participate with more like minded professionals or Social Enterprises in various geographies for collaboration and sharing of experiences. For investors, we can assist anywhere in the globe for their financial and operational analysis of the Social enterprises. During this process, if there can be a local participation, it can add to the enhancement in the knowledge base & lowering of overall transaction cost.

We are open to network opportunities, workshops for Social Enterprise / Investors (including webinars) and suggestions, if any.
