We will first short list Resumes send by you which will be followed by in campus placement interviews or on location interviews depending upon students selected from your institute. In placements interviews we will judge students on the following grounds.

- Personality
- Aptitude
- Domain Knowledge
Candidates having 6 months to 1 year prior experience will be preferred.
