As we spoke, I am sending in the required write-ups- this one for full-time for 2010 passouts. Just to clarify, previous mail was for intern-to-hire roles.

I am part of a product startup in Bangalore (operating under the radar- to protect IP) led by a team of IIT/IIM founders with over 30 years of experience. We are looking for smart programmers(0-3 yrs experience) who can grow into either deep technology-intense roles or product management. 

 

We have filed for patent, tied up support from 2 leading technology providers that we are building on, as also faculty from top institutions(IITs/IIMs)- all this, in the initial few months!! As we are closing out on the alpha release and moving into full-scale production, you will get the chance to make fundamental technical decisions and provide business strategy inputs- the role will be great learning experience and good CV value (differentiated profile can work well for CAT/ GMAT aspirants in 2 yrs).

What we are looking for:
a) BE with very strong analytical skills- looking for either good academic track record or strong orientation to computers
b) Openness to learn across areas, and put in required hours- not a 9-6/ M-F job
c) Is enthusiastic about working in a boot-strapped startup
 

Knowledge of OOPS is preferred, but not mandatory.

Work Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
