Dear All 

I am very glad to share that total 258 students had shown their interest in taking training in different organisations during the last summer break. It shows  dedication and interest of students in making their future bright . See the list of the students in attached file.

For the students who were not able to get the training :-

It might happen that some students have taken the NOC but the company didn't allow them for said training, so I request all those students to submit one letter(hard copy) to me clearly mentioning all the relevant information including reason why they were not able to get the training in applied company.You can get the help of Mr.Palash Chaudhary (13EE018) regarding the format of the letter.

For the students who had successfully completed the training :-  

All the students who have taken the NOC letter from the department and successfully completed the training are informed to fill up the form (Click here to submit the Summer Training Data Collection) on or before  07.07.2016. After submitting the data individually by each student, student have to submit the report and certificate before the deadline (as per the earlier mail sent on 11th June 2016).

For the students who had successfully completed the training in L&T and ONGC :-  

 

Make the batch of 5 students per batch for L & T . Submit report in batch.

Make the combine report for all the student for ONGC.

The sample hard copy of report I will share with you on 04/07/2016 for your reference to your class coordinator.
