I am glad to inform you that, Hi-Mak is coming at our university for B.Tech/M/Tech (EC/EE),students. As per the criteria, they have short-listed the candidates for the interview process. You are informed to look at to the list of the students short-listed by Hi-Mak.

Furthermore, as per my request of the registration for Hi-Mak, herewith i have shared a list of the interested students from B.Tech & M.Tech for your reference.

The interested and registered students are informed to remain present compulsory on 31/05/2016 @ CHARUSAT University without fail.

The students who forgot to register on link for Hi-Mak, but if they are short-listed by company personal are also informed to remain present compulsory.

Based on your provided Student Database, please find our shortlisted student list as attached.

It is our humble request to get it printed on A3 Page size before the start of our proceeding.

 

Looking to higher strength of Student, we are expecting to have support from your end, as follows

·         A sound System & Projector system during first interaction with Students.

·         Classroom arrangements for written test.

·         We shall ask each student appear in written test simultaneously.

·         Supervisors for each room.

·         Your 5-6 staff member support during paper evaluation.

·         2-3 Student volunteer support during GD & PI round.

 

Though this list is prepared,

·         Any student having active Backlog will not be eligible for the Process.

·         As said earlier, student shall bring their latest CV & Passport size Photo for Identity,
