Sub: Election of Executive members of the Society.

Sir,

Keeping in view the smooth functioning and close supervison of
progress work of the Society it is felt essential to elect new
Executive members as the tenure of existing Executive body is likely
to expire. In the last Executive Body Meeting held on 12/07/07 it has
been decided to conduct an election at an early date and your name as
Election Officer of the Society has been anonymously approved by the
members of the board.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly accept the proposal and
accord approval of the election schedule enumerated below:

Filing of nomination :: 20.08.07
Scrutiny of nomination :: 22.08.07
Withdrawal of nomination :: 24.08.07
Election :: 29.08.07

CIRCULAR

Since the tenure of the existing Executive Body is likely to
terminate as such decision has been taken in the last Executive Body
Meeting held on 12/07/07 that the election for the post of executive
body will be conducted as per the following programmes:

Filing of nomination :: 20.08.07
Scrutiny of nomination :: 22.08.07
Withdrawal of nomination :: 24.08.07
Election :: 29.08.07
Members, interested for contesting election may collect the proforma
for filing nomination from the Office of undersigned and submit their
nomination form on or before 17th August 2007. The Election/General
Body Meeting will be held on 29.08.07 (Wednessday) at 1700 hours at
Civil Services Officers' Institute (CSOI), Ranchi
