AGENDA POINTS FOR PROPOSED GENERAL BODY MEETING TO BE HELD ON
13.05.2008.
1. Amendment in Bye-Laws: The previous General Body Meeting held on
17/9/2007 has already made amendment in Bye-laws which is is as
under
8(1) OR
"The officers of All India Services serving in Jharkhand for a
continuous period of two years or more will be eligible for
membership"
This amendment requires approval of the Registrar Co-operative
Society which had raised certain objections,
G.B.M. is requested to reiterate this amendmentso that Society
can move in time for seeking approval from Registrar Co-operative.
2. Membership- In second phase of the Society in total 92 persons have
applied so far. The break-up of applicants is as under:
i) Old members: Out of 92 applicants, 25 are old members whose
membership have been brought forward in phase-II as they failed to
deposit cost of land in first phase..
ii) 42 are new applicants who are ligible for membership as per Bye-
laws
iii) 25 New applicants will be ligible for membership only after
amendment. The service-wise break-up is as under:
A- IAS Cadre - 03
B- IPS Cadre - 05
C- IFS Cadre - 08
D- IRS - 05
E- ITS Cadre - 01
F- IAAS - 02
G- Railway - 01
GBM is requested to approve (i) & (ii) category for membership in
phase-II
3. Plantation:- As the rainy seaon will be commencing in the month of
June, GBM is requested to take decision for hiring services of an
expert in land scaping for developing the land scape and also for
plantation.

4. Exchange of plots: - In the last GBM, it was decided that any
member, if want to exchange his allotted plots with residual
plots, he may submit an application on or before 30/9/07.
Accordingly only two members have filed application which is as
under;

5. Allocation of residual plots: - Following plots are left out
unallotted:-

These plots may be considered for allotment amongst the phase II
members on lottery basis.
GBM is requested to take decision on these residential plots.
6. Road construction:- Society has agreed to provide land for
construction of road through Society land having length of 1.7 Kms
under NREGA.
GBM. is requested to kindly approve this plan.
7. Fencing:- Fencing of Society's land is an urgent requirement.
GBM is requested to take decision on fencing of land.
8. Creation of water sources:- The Dy Commissioner has been
requested to process the case under "Swajal-Dhara scheme "
Simultaneously case was referred to D.D.C., who in turn has
forwarded the case to Chief Engineer vide letter No. 1145 (1)
dated 24.10.07 but no response has so far been recived from the
concerned quarter. However, we have reminded to the concerned
officers vide our Letter No- CSO/CO-OP/HSG/07 (13)-17 Dated-
12.12.07 to expedite the matter. Besides, the D.C. has been requested
to get the job executed for which one third cost of plan will be
provided by the society.
