Dear All Graduating Students and Guides,

We need soft copies (doc/ppt and PDF) of the following docs to be uploaded to our 1.53 m/c (see below on how to do it).

1. Individual students
1. Thesis
2. A4 and A3 Postersef
3. Pre-project, Interim and Final Presentations
4. Demonstration video (max one per project)
   
2. Groups (for FT only): The Group Leader has to upload
1. Final report
2. A4 Poster(s)
   
3. Pre and Final Presentations
4. Source Code
5. Demonstration Video (one per project, mandatory)
   

Procedure to upload:

We have created and A/C with user name "cegrad13" (with password being the same).

1. Since the m/c speaks only sftp/scp (as far as uploading is concerned) you need to have a sftp/scp client.
   
1. If you are constrained to use a MS Windows m/c, install WinSCP (or, use the couple of m/cs in the RTES lab area where it is already installed).
   
2. On a Unix/Linux m/c you can do it may ways: Using the File Manager (open sftp://192.168.1.53), Command line ($ sftp 192.168.1.53),
   
2. Sftp/scp into 192.168.1.53 with the user name cegrad13 and upload your documents into appropriate subdirectories (already created)

ALL the files should be named as follows

1. For individual project files <RegNo>-<OneWordStudentName>-<DocType>.extn
1. E.g., CJB0911001-Deepthi-PreProject.ppt
   
2. For Group Project files: <Course>-FT11-Gp<?>-<DocType>.extn
1. E.g., RTES-FT11-Gp2-ProjectReport.doc

I request all the guides to make sure this is carried over (login to 1.53 using the same credentials as above and check) before signing the Thesis.

I also request those who already submitted to also upload their files or ask one of your classmates/friends to do it.
