This mail is reference to SAP Techniversity event which is to be held on 26th Nov at KTPO Centre, Whitefield. Please find the attached files for the same.

 

Regarding this event I had already discussed with you all.

 

Earlier it was decided that per student will be charged Rs 1200/- for attending this event.

 

Now SAP UAP will be sponsoring around 100 Techniversity tickets for our students to attend the Techniversity event. Please refer the below mail which is self explanatory.

 

We request to circulate among the students. If any students are interested please let us know.

 

We request maximum student's participation (preferably FT/PT11-12) from individual departments attending SAP Techniversity event.

All that the students have to do is follow this simple process below. After completing these steps they will receive a P# from the website which has to be shared with us as per the attached excel file. We will get them registered for the website on the basis of the P#s.

 

Registration Process

 

1. Click on the link www.uac.sap.com and click on register at the top

2. Register as a public user with the email id

3. You will receive an automated email from the website upon successful registration. This email will have a link which needs to be clicked.

4. Kindly fill in the P# in the attached format that you would receive from an automated email.

6.     Payment invoice will be sent to the group leader

7.     We will do a backend registration for the students

On receiving the payment, participants will receive a registration confirmation (with the barcode) which they will need, to carry to the venue

 

Or you can let us know a date where we can send our representative to collect the money in cash from the students and hand over the tickets to the students.
