first director in the AoA?

in case the promoter is the company, then in the AoA the first directors shall be mentioned the company name or individual name as nominee to the company

You may note that, as a general principle, only a natural person can be appointed in the office of director.

 

Hence, in you case, the promoter company shall appoint nominee(s) / representative(s) as first directors and such person's name should be taken in AOA.

Pavithramadhwesh views are correct that:
If the promoter is the company, then in the AoA one of  the first directors shall be the person (individual) who is nominated by the promoter company and is representative of promoter company.
