Stamp duty on issue of share certificates-Andhra Pradesh

Dear Friends

Whats the rate of stamp duty payable if the shares are issued in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

I was told that It is Re 1 irrespective of no of shares on a single share certificate

Please update the info with proper source of information.
