Query w.r.t incorporation of LLP with OCI partner

Kindly assist me with the below queries,

- An LLP has to be incorporated with an OCI as one of the partner(s). What documents need to be apostilled (will passport and utility bill suffice)? 

- Does it need to be apostilled from the place of residence of such OCI? 

- Is it mandatory for the documents to be apostilled outside India?

Foreign passport, OCI issued by India, PAN, AADHAR if available, latest utility bill are to be provided. If OCI cars holder visits India on the date of signing, apostille from foreign is not required. 

Indian Entry stamp copy to be submitted as proof of entry in India.

In case the OCI card holder signs docs from foreign, then all the documents shall be apostilled or consularised.
