Greetings to All !

Actually we are into the process of borrowing loan from our foreign equity holder, the borrower is wholly owned subsidiary of lender.

So we are into process of drafting the loan agreement and offer letter to get this loan, as I have gone through your attached loan agreement template but we want to keep the loan agreement as simple as can be so we have drafted another loan agreement that is very simple, request you all to please review the both attached template and please guide me to keep this agreement simple because we don't want we mention all the provision given in your loan agreement and what extend it can be removed for future complexity.

My Queries :

1. Is it possible to proceed with our loan agreement template ?

2. Is it necessary to keep all the provisions mentioned in your loan agreement template ?

3. What extent we can remove the provisions mentioned in your agreement ?

4. Is it possible remove all draw dawn schedule and repayment schedules from the agreement so that fund can be remitted as per requirements take place in loan tenor ?
