Change of name of the Company

Hello everyone 

We have filed INC 24 for change of name of the Company. The said form has been marked as resubmission. The MCA is asking to submit the altered AOA duly highlighting all the alteration as proposed by the company along with proper dates and details of alterations at the footnote which is duly stamped and signed by authorized director in compliance of section 15 of the companies Act, 2013. Now my question is:

1. The Company is incorporated in 2010

2. We have uplaoded MGT 14 for change of name with INC 33 and INC 34

Now my question is which AOA need to attach with INC 34 the old AOA or the INC 34 filed with MGT 14? And if old AOA need to attach then do we need to altered each clause as INC 34 filed with MGT 14 contained the reference of new Act and new provisions.

I therefore request everyone to share their point of view.

Yes you have to adopt MoA and AoA as per companies Act 2013 along with name change...as e forms only talking about companies act 2013 provisions

To my understanding Authority asking for 

A. The old Aoa which contain all the latest (upto previously filed ) and the proposed amendment with star mark having reference at footnote of date at which members approved the same at its meeting .
