filing of pending anual return

 A Private limited company did not file its  last year  ROC annual return. and if we file pending anual return now, charges will be 70K to 80 K . is ther any way of filing anual return of last year with minimum penalty.

Look for MCA Amnesty Schemes From time to time, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs announces amnesty schemes or compliance windows, where companies can file pending returns with reduced penalties. advisable to monitor MCA notifications.
