online stamp paper

Dear Experts,

Greeting of the day.

Can we use online generated stamp paper for attachment to file DIN form to MCA.  or we have to do franking for attachment in DIN application form.

Does it make any difference if stamp paper is issued in Delhi  & use of stamp paper is done in other state ....
