Thanks for your support. Actually we have all these details.

What we are looking is that any contact of officers whom directly we can communicate.

0124-2290014, 0124-2290020 these numbers are useless when any critical issues arise and it becomes difficult to get solution from these numbers.

I agree with Mr.Ladda

I am also facing a situation where we are getting a name rejection for no rhyme or reason. Raised various tickets and spoken to helpdesk but of no use..

There is no other way though many a times, it may get approved by filing resubmission letters and raising tickets.

Contact me if you have any query in the name approval.
