BOD meeting held through video conferencing

Dear Members,

Please reply on following query:

In a BOD meeting held through video conferencing, can in its attendance sheet we mention attendance confirmed by roll call by chairman and not get attendance sheet signed from attendees.

or

is it mandatory to get attendance sheet signed from attendees of a BOD meeting held through video conferencing.

You are requested to reply as soon as possible.

Get the attendance page signed from chairman. That is sufficient.
