(a)                The Company / Directors shall not accept deposits unless it complies with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 1956, RBI Act, 1934 and SEBI Act, 1992 and rules / directions / regulations made there-under.

 

We, solemnly affirm that this declaration is true, that it conceals nothings and that no part of it is false.

Depends on the Stamp Act of the respective state.

In Mumbai we have to pay as per the "Bombay Stamp Act"

As regards the collective Affidavit I am not sure because one of the Deputy ROC at Mumbai does not approve of the same.
