Minimum Public Shareholding

Dear Learned Members,
In one of our companies we have to increase the public shareholding to
minimum 25%.
Accordingly we have to reach the 25% minimun public holding by annual
addition of not less than 5%. i.e. Till 31/03/2011.
Kindly instruct how the aforesaid can be effecte.
Also kindly provide the copy of Notification for the same.
