Issue with OTP Not Received on Email While Converting to Business User on V3 Portal

Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue on the MCA V3 portal while trying to convert a Registered User ID to a Business User.

  • I'm able to receive OTPs on the registered mobile number without any problem.

  • However, OTPs are not being received on the registered email ID during the conversion process.

  • Interestingly, if I try the "Forgot Password" option, the OTP does get delivered to the email.

Due to this, I'm stuck and unable to complete the conversion and proceed with DSC registration, which is required for filing forms.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any workaround or solution would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
