declaration of witness in MOA/AOA in accordance to Rule 13 (1) of Companies Incorporation Rules 2014

Hi All

any idea what is this query in company incorporation -

Please submit declaration of witness in MOA/AOA in accordance to Rule 13 (1) of Companies Incorporation Rules 2014
(Please mention Date & Place in declaration itself as per the said Rule)

In e-forms, the system will not proceed without a professional's sign or declaration. If it is a physical MOA or AOA, the professional who is certifying the form should also sign as a witness to it.

its eMOA and eAOA and dsc of director and professional is attached otherwise it will not upload on mca portal.

Now, dont understand what is this declaration. I got one co approved with same details and problem in another.

Shipra Ji, the better way out is to attach a declaration in the following format. Hope it helps you out

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

I ,   ______________________( a practising Company Secretary)

 witness to subscribers for the incorporation of proposed Company [Name of Company], who have subscribed and signed in my presence

 

 Further I have verified their identity details for their identification and satisfied myself of their identification particulars as filled in.
