Sir, 

We are facing problem when upload documents on Spice+ part B and Agile form. Error showing ‘ DSC is not registered with PAN on MCA portal’. 

Please guide us. We have facing issues last 8 days and our company name deadlines in 6-7 days. We already complaint mail and call on MCA site they revert me in 2 days we resolved your issue but after 4-5 days we have not resolved issue by them. Please do need full.

Sir in Maharashtra ? Can we do it offline as the site is not working at all sinces Last 3-4 days does anyone have a clue even if I have deleted all cookies but still the issue not resolved. Please help
