Unable to Do DSC Registration

Dear Colleagues,

I am unable to do DSC Registration , It shows error, while selected DSC "Digital Certificate is Mandatory"

What will i do, please suggest suitable measures. Its urgent.

firstly uninstalled java & installed again..........you will be able to register digital signature
