CSMysore eParivaar Meet

[CS. Dattatri]

Dear friends,

 

The CSMysore E-Parivaar, which made a beginning on August 15, 2007, has created a network for sharing knowledge, ideas, experiences, views amongst its members. The dream behind this initiative was to build "Parivaar" of professionals, associates and well-wishers. Right from inception, it has remained a very active eParivaar of professionals and students. When started, every one knew each other at personal levels. Now eParivaar has expanded beyond city and state limits. 

 

To take up the bonding among the members of this eParivaar one level above, we are proposing to have an informal meeting in person to know each other better. Knowing at personal levels always improves the interaction and brings in more liveliness.

 

Well, we are aware that not every one can attend the meeting for the reasons of geographical distance. Let us make a beginning in Bangalore. We can replicate the idea in different cities wherever our members are present.

 

We are proposing the venue, date & time at St. Joseph High School, Mallya Hospital Road on 30th November 2008 (coming Sunday) at 10.30 a.m.

 

We request the members to give their views on this proposed meet and let’s provide an opportunity for ourselves to interact, to share & to grow together.

HONESTLY....REALLY....want to be PERSONALLY PRESENT THERE (& Not By Proxy).

 

I dont think YOU can pass a Circular Resolution or Resolution by way of Postal Ballot for the Business transacted at the Meeting.

 

Though Companies Bill, 2008 considers Qorum when PRESENT through Video-Conferencing, the HARD FACT being, it is NOT implemented yet.

 

OTHER CONTENTION that I stress over you being, there was NO SUFFICIENT NOTICE provided.  Please fix a Standard Date EVERY Year and you could mention in the Articles also, which can help us in planning the EVENT.
 

ITS WRITTEN NOT IN ANY WAY TO HURT, But just to express my desparateness to attend your MEETING.

I wonder how & when the IT capital of India turned out as CS capital of India! Thanks to CSMysore…

 

Fortunately or unfortunately I couldn't pass special resolution and apply to CLB to shift regd. Office of CSMysore to State of Maharashtra u/s 17 nor could I shift regd office of my company to State of Karnataka.

 

All I could do is dream about attending the meeting. I'm sure this dream will come true one day.

 

I'm so desperate to add my name to the list but couldn't do so sitting here at Mumbai.
