Form 24LLP for LLP Closure

As mentioned in Form 24 LLP, attachments are required as follows:-

 

1)    Affidavit by each DP on Rs. 200 stamp paper

2)    Statement of accounts with NIL assets and liabilities signed by DPs and CA

3)    Copy of acknowledgement of latest ITR filed.

4)    Copy of authority to make application duly signed by all DPs and partners

 

However, please confirm if the following are also required:-

 

A) Indemnity Bond by each DP on Rs. 500 stamp paper

B) Application by authorised DP for closure of LLP

C) Consent of each DP

D) Board resolution of LLP for closure

B) Affidavit by each DP on Rs. 20 stamp paper.

As per Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958, Affidavit to be made on Rs. 100 stamp paper and Indemnity Bond on Rs. 500 stamp paper.   This will be for each DP / two DPs together.

If the LLP is registered is Maharashtra and DPs are located in UP, in this case what should be the value of stamp papers? Is it as per the state where the stamps affidavits and indemnity bonds are being executed ?
