Disclosure of Interest by Director & KMP - required?

Dear Frnds,

1) Is there requirement to give declaration of interest by Director in MBP-1 as per section 184(1) ? further is KMP also required to declaration of interest as per section 189(2) ?

Although the we are not required to file MGT-14 for the same according to notification dated 18/03/2015 as below

2) Also suggest is there declaration

Though now there is  no more requirement of fiing MGT-14 for disclosure of Interest..Bt Directors has to give MBP-1 every year in first B.M.. and the same shall be kept by the Company in its record..
