MCA error in paying stamp duty

Dear Members,

 

I have filed the eform-5 with ROC and paid registration fee Rs.3,30,000/- but stampduty has not paid. Because while paying stampduty suddenly mca disconnected. From that date I am trying to pay stampduty but not possible to pay the same. Now it is showing "this SRN is expired. Please help us. I have lodged the complaint through MCA help desk also but reply not yet received.

In this case I feel that you will have to file Form 5 afresh with payment once again and apply for refund of the fees paid earlier.

Dear member please be coutious....

do such payments in the evening or morning hours. 

getting the money back is big issue.

again paying total money once again....

two days back even i too paid Rs.4lks.

was very very cautiously.... luckity it worked and paid total money and got the receipt  but did it in the evening late hours.

there is a concept of 'verify payment'

pls. check it out in 'services' menu after login

in case money gets debited from your accounts in sbi, indian bank etc., then u can click on the link provided therein so that the status of the srn gets changed to 'paid';

so if the portal is slow, better pay through the stipulated banks so that your payment is secure

further, always generate a pay later challan and then make payment through credit card / internet banking. dont directly pay;
by doing this you have a paylater challan in hand just in case payment gets bounced, you can always raise a ticket or use 'verify payment' optio
