Query regarding AOC-4 CSR-2

Dear Professionals,

 

I have a query regarding AOC-4 CSR-2;

 

The Form CSR-2 for Financial Year 2024–25 was required to be filed along with Form AOC-4. However, the same was inadvertently filed earlier as a separate form.

 

Further, in the said earlier filing, under Point 2(a) – “Financial Year to which the Corporate Social Responsibility details pertain”, the financial year was erroneously mentioned as 2023–24, whereas the CSR details actually pertain to Financial Year 2024–25.

Accordingly, two inadvertent errors occurred:
(i) filing of Form CSR-2 separately instead of along with Form AOC-4, and
(ii) incorrect mention of the financial year as 2023–24 instead of 2024–25.

 

Now shall I attach clarification letter in AOC-4 CSR-2 for same or there is any other way out?
