Rakhi,

          CHG 4 is not STP Form. For confirmation of whether STP or not you have to  refer help of respective forms.

Rakhi,

         In help kit of  forms there is point 'Processing Type' which says about whether Form is processed through STP or not, in case of CHG 4 help,  there is not mentioned STP.

         But, i confirmed that after successfully filing of Form CHG 4 you will get Certificate of Satisfaction immediately if, you have filed form within period of 300 days from the date of satisfaction otherwise not.

 I just uploaded CHG-1 form for charge creation, earlier it was going under the hands of ROC for approval, but it has been made STP today, my form got approved, and certificate has been generated. Might be CHG-4 has also made STP.

300 is not for satisfaction of charge. as per me its is for creation of charge in which we get 270 days extension period which was not in Act 1956.
