Any one has guidance note on Secretarial Compliance Report under regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.

Although SEBI vide Circular required ICSI to consider issuing guidance note to PCS to enable then to undertake certifications in accordance with the Regulations and the Circular in letter and spirit, the Institute has still not come up with any guidance note as far I am aware. 

However, the Circular clearly gives a Format of Annual Compliance Report which itself has a defined Framework of Work. So ideally that should serve the purpose for our Professionals.
