Overseas director - OTP issue for Login to MCA V3

Any way to resolve - that overseas (foreign) director OTP issue ?

We tried to change the DIR3KYC to alternate mobile and alternate email ID - but shows error - login account exists - please login to account ., kindly help with any suggestions.

change the m. no and email id by filing DIR-6 . Give a local number . then it will work .

For one of my clients, I'm trying to login to his V3 account to register the DSC. But as he forgot the password I tried with Forgot Password option. And the OTP's are not generating. We made a call to helpdesk and the response is to try in incognito. Still no result. Does filing DIR-6 help this out?
