LLP Form 3 and 11 prefill error where DP is body corporate

Trying to fill form 3 and 11 for one LLP where one of the Designated partner is a Body Corporate. When we enter the DIN, name of individual is prefilled at place of designated partner as well as authorised representative.

While filling form 3 we need to change the body corporate where the individual authorised representative for retiring and incoming DP would be same. The form throws error that enter unique DPIN.

Any one has faced such issue? Any solution other than having two different authorised representatives?

We have already executed the agreement and form 3 event date is not covered under the extension provided by MCA.

I have faced the similar problem where the form 11 was getting prefilled with Individual instead of body corporate as DP.

I raised the ticket and after 3 days - ticket status showed resolved but the form was throwing same error.

We reopened the ticket and raised the same issue.

This time it got correctly prefilled and we were able to file it.

Kindly raise mca ticket asap.

We had raised MCA ticket 40 days ago which got resolved today after escalating the matter 6 times. However, the problem persists. How much time it took in your case?

That problem was resolved however facing different issue now. It says DPIN should be unique for all the DINs entered in form 3. Anyone know what to do.

You will have to change the nominee partner of the Corporate DP first by filing Form 4. Thereafter you can appoint the previous nominee partner in his/her individual capacity as partner/DP by filing form 3 and 4.

I think form 3 and 4 are linked forms and thus both need to filed simultaneously in case of change in partner.
