Ans:- NO (its mandatory to have peer reviewed to issue MGT-8 or due diligence report)

pls see the same, as per this also, it is applicable w.e.f. April 1, 2023, which, as per me, means applicable for F.Y. 31.03.2023 - 31.03.2024.

so it should be mandatory from next year OR this year?
