I have a query, yesterday i have made two payments for one of my llp, but its status is still showing as Payment Confirmation awaited from Bank, payment has already been confirmed but its awaited from Bank,

Can anybody tell me how much time will it take for this confirmation from Bank.

I think there is no need to lodge any complain with MCA. It is easily resolved by that function, but if by that function your query can no be resolved than you are required to lodge complain with MCA.

After login to MCA site you have an option to verify your payment. You can verify your payment with SRN No. generarated by you at the time of filing of forms with MCA Site. After that you can get your transaction's payment is confirm & you can get payment slip of MCA.

This kinda problem I have faced previously. Just wait for a day, the challan will be generated against that SRN.

2. Enter SRN

3.Clcik Confirm payment from bank

4. Click and generate the challan for your payment

5. Check again the Service status After above step i.e when challan is generated

yes wait for a day, it will be generated and if payment it made through neft it takes 6 hrs for payment process to complete.
