I have converted OPC to PVT ltd on 8 jan 2026

Will MGT-7A required to file for private limited for financial year 2024-25 as i am not filing MGT-7A for OPC because no meeting for OPC?

Does company require to remove nominee manually after conversion or it has been removed automatically by ROC while conversion?
