Query regarding CSR-2

Dear Members,

I am trying to fill Form CSR-2 for a private limited company.

In Form CSR-2, I am filling details of Turnover, Networth and Net Profit as on 31.03.2020 as mentioned in Form AOC-4

but in prescrutiny it is mentioning that details does not match with SRN of Form AOC-4.

Please reply how to resolve this issue, since I am filling details as per AOC-4 as on 31.03.2020 but in prescrutiny an error is coming that details does not match with AOC-4.

You are requested to reply at the earliest.

The details should be as per AOC-4 for 31.03.2021. Since 2021 is the First Financial Year for which Form CSR-2 is required to be filed. Pls refer below para from CSR-2 Help kit:-

The web-form Addendum to AoC-4 CSR shall be filed as an independent form for FY 20-21 by all the companies that are required to carry out CSR activities as per the relevant rules or are voluntarily carrying out CSR activities.

Were you able to file this based on march 2021 details? 

For me, I am entering March 2021 details, still shows not matching during pre scrutiny. I am not sure where it is picking up the net profit figure in AOC4 for cross verifying. Turnover & net worth are anyway given separately in CSR section of AOC4

Dear Members,

How to Name the CSR Project in the CSR-2? I chose to type the description that I chose while selecting from the popup menu, item-wise for each row. But MCA system throws the error message that I should type the name of the project.. It also wipes off the figures and automatically logs out of the screen !  Can I be guided by this august Forum ASAP please?
