Normal Fees for Inc-24 with Authroised Capital of Rs 2 Crores

Dear All,

I have just now tried to upload the Form INC-24 and created SRN no . The fees payable shows as Rs 10000/=

Can anybody uploaded the Form INC-24 recently and please tell what is the normal fee for Form Inc-24

Fee of INC 24 totally depends on capital of company.

Its correct 2 crores capital fees is Rs.10000. I had uploaded 9 months back on INC-24 same fees

Sir, In ur case fees should be Rs. 15000/- becoz Authorised capaital Above Rs 5000000/- upto 5 crore fees Rs. 15000/- there is some technical issue, talk to ROC or raise ticket...

Sir,

That is the fees as per the rules for INC 24. I paid 20000 for company with 30 crore capital.

Dear All,

Yes . Fee is Rs 10000/= Thanks for all for immediate response.
Please refer to page 14 of the helpkit of INC-24 which states that the filing fees of Rs. 10,000/- shall be applicable to companies having authorised capital of Rs. 50 lakhs and upto Rs. 5 crores
