ROC Jurisdiction in Maharashtra

We are in the process of incorporating an LLP whose Regd. office will be situated in the state of Maharashtra i.e. Thane

Can you guide me which ROC's jurisdiction will be applicable for Thane i.e. whether ROC-Mumbai or ROC-Pune ?
