 no need to do any compliance for strike off.

We have not filed any single return since incorporation.

REQUIRE TO COMPLIANCE , THERE IS REQUREMENT TO ENCLOSED TO FORM 11 AND  FORM 8 ALSO

If there was no transaction since incorporation, annual compliance is not needed for strike off.

This amendment also provides for annual filing only "up to the end of the financial year in which the limited liability partnership ceased to carry on its business or commercial operations before filing Form 24"
