Draft of show cause notice

Dear Members

 

Can any one provide me draft of show cause notice issued by ROC U/s. 159/166/210/220 of the Companies Act, 1956 to one of my director, as to why should not be prosecuted U/s 210(5) of the default made in comply with section 210(1) of the Companies Act, 1956.

 

For reference, My director had already vacated office of directorship after incorporation of the company

 

Kindly provide the same at the earliest.
