Please let me know that in private company, an existing shareholder can have two ledger folio no's. as sec- 113 of companies act, 1956 is silent?

Its different ledger folio no. i.e. 11 and 12 to same person holding 938 shares as per 11 and 4392 shares as per folio no. 12.

and do one thing see when he become Member and wt LF no given at that time .

if it is not cumulative add 4392 and 938 shares and mention the LF no which is given fist (11) 

and refer the Previous Annual Return also (if any )
