is DIR-12 a Private Document

I tried online inspection of a Company and that Company has filed some Form DIR-12s (some 3 or 4), but the same is NOT available for inspection.  But when I raised a complaint I got the message saying that DIR-12 is not a Public Document and that it won't be available for inspection

My question is from when has Form DIR-12 become a Private Document.  Anyone else faced or facing similar issues?.

Hi,

Yes, there are some forms which are not available for the public. I don't know the basis of how a form can be public; neither the ROC persons are aware of the basis.

We faced the same issue and there is no way to view those private forms. Our company's case was going on in a court, so they asked us to get a court order and we will directly send it to the court.
