Rectification of AOC 4 and MGT 7

Dear learned members,

Please help on how to rectify form AOC 4 and MGT 7 in which the details haven been wrongly entered.

What will be the procedure?

Mam, most of the issues are resolved in Form AOC-4 and MGT-7 try to download the new form and fill again, may be ur problem resolved...

Dear Kavya Ji,

Procedure for revision/rectification of AOC 4 / MGT 7 is not yet declared / Prescribed any where.
In my opinion you should raise a query with MCA regarding the same and wait for the their reply.

Sonali Ji, i file AOC-4 and MGT-7 both successfully and also got approved both, sometimes it taking too much time for filling of form...most of technical issues r resolved in form AOC & MGT-7....

We also wanted to rectify one option in AOC-4 form so after discussion with ROC we were told to file GNL-2 stating the mistake which have been occurred. So you should also contact ROC and seek guidance.

what is the procedure for rectifying due date of AGM in AOC-4 filled with MCA, by mistake it is mentioned 31.09.2016 and form got approved now while filling mgt-7 form wants same date as in AOC-4, but 31.09.2014 is showing there invaild date error.

now how to resolve this issue
