ONLINE STAMP PAPER FOR LLP IN MAHARASHTRA STATE

Hi all, 

As LOCKDOWN is going on in Maharashtra, and in Covid 19 environment, it's not safe to go and purchase Stamp Paper for LLP formation process. 

So it is fine if we purchase stamp paper online through government website ??

If it's ok to purchase stamp paper online then is there any website for Maharashtra State ??? 

Kindly provide the same. Thank you.

Merely paying stamp duty online & by possessing the challan will not serve the purpose.

For affidavit, you can buy the stamp paper online via Gras. Above the e-stamp paper, you have to notarize the same (affidavit) after its signed by the concerned parties. Then only it becomes a complete affidavit. 

Secondly, for POA or any other agreements, along with the challan, the same has to be registered at the stamp office depending upon the jurisdiction

Moreover, in case of leave & license agreement, if the tenure of agreement is less than one year, it's not mandatory to register the same at the stamp office. Merely paying stamp duty online via Gras & notarising the same will suffice.
