ERROR OF SH-7

hello all

Is anyone facing an issue for filing of sh-7?

After proceeding for an E-MOA (INC-33) an error is showing that "Save Submit Call Failed"  i have tried with different browsers also (including incognito mode) still this issue exists.

please one tell how to proceed and submit the same
